Started working at 13 years old in an event company (Grace Agency and Wedding by Ghostine), Crisma Ghostine is today one of the most active, enthusiastic, and experienced young girls in the beauty and business world.
She wanted to start making money from a very young age, her first “job” consisted of her baking cakes and selling them whenever she could.  Also during this young age she used to write reviews in a magazine called “Hebdo Culture”. Then unfortunately in 2006 because of the war, Crisma was forced to put a hold on her dynamic life, but she came back to it after the war ended with a jewelry line. Due to her obsession and collection of vintage buttons, her jewelry line was based around that concept. She would turn vintage buttons into earrings and accessories. Today Crisma is 17 (almost 18 :p), and more motivated than ever, she finds time to manage between school where she is an average student and her job as being an art director and assists in the shoe making at Poise Design. She is also a beauty editor in one of the most famous blogs in Lebanon “L’Armoire de Lana”. Crisma’s motivation and hope to get a successful career made of her hectic life a habit, she believes that “habit is everything, it is what builds you in life and keeps you motivated”.
Finally, before ending our engaging conversation with Crisma, she insisted on introducing us to her favorite book Lean in by Sheryl Sandberg that encourages her and makes her challenge herself.
Crisma is simply a young beautiful girl who seeks to make a living out of her passions: beauty and make up and she will never give up unless she is satisfied with what she has achieved.

Beauty rules I swear by:
1- Water is an essential element for optimizing beauty.
2- Always follow a skincare routine to take care of your skin properly.
3- Trim your hair every (2-3) months to maintain a healthy looking hair.
4- Always powder your t-zone with translucent powder to maximize its longevity.
5- Coat your lashes once then put translucent powder between your lashes then coat them again for a false lash effect.
6- All glittery eye-shadow should be used wet.
7- Keep a lipbalm with you all time , there’s nothing worse than chapped lips.
8- A make up is never complete before filling your brows; they make the big difference.
9- Powders: you’re either a matte goddess or a vanilla cake, differentiate.
10- When using shimmery products know the difference between a Beyonce Glow and a Lebanese belly dancer.
I NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT: 8hr cream by Elizabeth Arden.
